Honestly, I'm not sure EXACTLY what tapioca is made of, but it's these little clear balls that are somewhat jelly-like. Ever heard of tapioca pudding? Anyhow, they sort of gross some people out, and some people really like them. It's all about the texture.

I've had that! But the ones around here the tapioca is black. It wierds me.
